HDS Architects are delighted to share an exciting preview of our current office fit-out project at Henson House, marking a significant milestone for our practice as we prepare to relocate into a purpose-designed workspace alongside our colleagues at Oander.

Located on the first floor and spanning approximately 3,500 sq ft, the new office sits in the heart of Crawley, within the highly regarded Gatwick Diamond and the wider Gatwick Airport Economic Zone. This strategic location offers excellent connectivity and places us at the centre of one of the South East’s most dynamic business communities.

Creating a Collaborative Construction Hub

What makes this move particularly exciting is the unique mix of occupiers within the building. With organisations spanning architecture, engineering, design, and construction disciplines, Henson House is set to become a thriving “Construction Hub” — a place where ideas, expertise, and collaboration naturally intersect. This environment reflects our belief that the best design outcomes are achieved through close partnership and shared knowledge.

The fit-out has been carefully designed to support both HDS Architects and Oander, creating a flexible, contemporary workplace that enhances productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration.

The new workspace has been planned to accommodate a variety of working styles and activities. Key features include:
