We’re proud to share one of our most exciting projects currently on site — the transformation of the former Blind Veterans UK building in Ovingdean into 62 luxury apartments.

Working with vision and sensitivity, HDS Architects is leading the design and delivery of this landmark redevelopment. The project breathes new life into a historically significant coastal site, carefully balancing heritage preservation with contemporary living. Once vacant and underutilized, the building is now being reimagined as a vibrant residential community, complete with stunning sea views and high-end finishes throughout.
This ambitious conversion project is progressing well and is due for completion in July/August 2025. It represents not only a significant architectural achievement but also a commitment to thoughtful reuse and placemaking.
