Spotlight: Barn Conversion in the West Country

One of our most recent and exciting commissions involves supporting a private client with the conversion of a characterful barn in the West Country. This project showcases our ability to blend innovation with tradition — celebrating the original architecture while introducing modern comforts and contemporary living spaces.

From the early stages of concept development, our team has been working closely with the client to explore layout options, natural light, material palettes and how best to preserve the charm of the existing structure. Considerations such as insulation upgrades, heritage planning requirements, renewable energy integration and interior structure are all being carefully approached to ensure the finished home feels both authentic and forward-thinking.
